Breen Plumbing and Heating is MCS registered and, working in conjunction with Nu –Heat
(the UK's largest supplier of warm water underfloor heating), is able to provide access to the
RHI payments (see below). We also ensure the highest quality commissioning and long term
support to ensure systems are working correctly and to their maximum efficiency. Working
under the MCS ensures the highest quality work in the renewable market and provides
access to all grants.

Breen Plumbing and Heating is registered to provide quality installations of Ground and Air
source Heat Pumps as well as Solar Thermal. With rising gas costs these technologies
can drastically reduce heating bills. Heat pumps can produce as much as 3KW of energy
for every 1KW input. Solar thermal can produce approximately 60% of your homes' hot
water requirements. Breen Plumbing and Heating are expert installers of underfloor heating
allowing us to integrate these technologies to suit your needs.

Breen Plumbing and Heating also has experience in Rain water harvesting and Heat
Recovery and will gladly provide a free quote on any installation.

The Government recently announced details of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) Policy, intended to revolutionise the way heat is generated and used in buildings and
homes. It will encourage the uptake of renewable heat by providing long-term financial support to renewable heat installations. There will be an initial grant detailed below for
installation as well as the long term payments to be confirmed shortly,
